Meet Our Owner
I started my bookkeeping business because I love solving problems most people dread. The kind that keep them up at night, tangled in spreadsheets or tax deadlines. For me, taking a mess of numbers and turning it into something clear and useful is deeply satisfying. But more than that, I love watching small businesses grow, and knowing I had a hand in that success. That sense of partnership and purpose is what drives me every day.
My path to bookkeeping wasn’t traditional. I’ve always had that entrepreneurial spirit, so I understand what it’s like to be in the trenches—wearing all the hats, juggling priorities, trying to make sense of the financial side without much support. Through that experience, I realized I had a knack for bookkeeping and accounting. I didn’t just enjoy it—I was really good at it. That realization led me to pursue certifications with the NACPB and QuickBooks, and eventually to start this business.
You could say this work runs in my blood. I grew up watching my dad work for large construction companies and eventually start his own. I saw what it took to build something from the ground up. That background is part of why I specialize in bookkeeping for construction companies now. I understand the rhythms of the industry, the unique challenges, the cash flow concerns, and the way projects scale. It feels full-circle, in the best way.
When clients come to me, they’re often overwhelmed. Some haven’t touched their books in months, even years. They’re stressed, unsure of what’s going on financially, and afraid of making the wrong move. One of the most common things I hear after we start working together is, “I finally feel relief.” I’ve been called a blessing, an angel, and other things I won’t quote here, but it all comes down to this: they trust me to handle what they can’t, and that changes everything.
My goal isn’t just to keep your books clean. It’s to empower you to take control of your business finances so you can make smarter decisions and grow confidently. I don’t see myself as someone who just checks boxes or files reports. I’m here to be a partner in your success, to bring clarity to your numbers, and to help you move forward strategically.
One of my proudest moments came from a client who was on the verge of giving up. His business was struggling, and he was ready to shut it down until he decided to give me a call. We started meeting weekly, diving into strategy and getting his financials in order. Two years later, he was grossing $2 million annually. I’ll never forget the day I presented his books to a potential partner. The guy was raving about how clean and professional everything looked. My client turned to me mid-meeting, grinning from ear to ear, and gave me a high-five. That kind of moment stays with you.

When I’m not working, you can usually find me with my family on our property in Buffalo, Missouri. I love to garden, play music, and travel when I can. That time away helps me recharge and come back to my work focused and ready to help my clients succeed.
